there are many vaccines which are not given in government hospital like pneumococcal vaccine flu vaccine typhoid vaccine hepatitis A vaccine all these vaccines are optional vaccines you have to take them only with fever doctor

hi mom. 
it is called as pneumococcal conjugate vaccine, it is given in 3 doses and it will prevent the child against the pneumonia upper respiratory tract infection cold and other cold related issues. 
it is a vaccine which has to be taken in the private clinic or the hospital as it is not included in the government vaccination schedule. 
it will cost you nearly 3 to 4000 per dose and total of 3 doses were supposed to give. 
definitely you can start to give the vaccine now to your child
