Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. they appear to be skin eruptions due to either viral infection or due to allergic skin and sensitive skin.
most of the times they will go away on their xown without any treatment. do noxt apply any lotion cream or powder which might cause allergy
if there are any discharge present then you can apply t bact cream.

Take sunbathing daily with her ears covered in the morning
massage her scalp with the sesame oil or Virgin coconut oil
don't wash her hair too frequently
use Babyhug shampoo
