Divya baby suffering from fever you can give calpol drops three times a day but if the fever continues then you should consult doctor because proper diagnosis needs to be made and then only proper treatment could be provided fever indicates infection

I completely understand your concern however I would suggest you to please speak with your paediatrician and consult for a proper medication as taking medicine without consultation is not advisable that to when your child is down with fever and you are outside
