Swapna KulkarniMom of 2 children8 months agoA. Sometimes rashes disappear on their own. Hence please wait for sometime. Clean the area with water and tap dry it. Once it reduces you can use Mamaearths baby face cream to keep skin smooth and moist.

some rashes appears and disappears on its own without any attention
maintain hygiene
