my baby boy 1 year 2 month old. please help me asa kya kru jisse vo bottle se milk pine lge Or milk mein kya mix kr ke du. like horlicks. please suggest me.

A. dear mum do not wish for your child to drink from the bottle it increases risk for infection can affect child teeth and difficult habit to remove later do not force child to have top milk health drinks and supplements are loaded with sugar and not healthy you can mix dry fruit paste or nuts powder in milk give milk products
