Show to a doctor for right and timely diagnosis and treatment. Thays a safe procedure.You can always try to add health and tasty substitute like whole grain cookies, cakes and. you can try with different flavors like kesar milk, fig milkshake, dates milk, milk with different nuts ,milk with honey etc.
