Q.
My baby birth weight is 3.519 Kgs and now she is almost 5 months old.Her weight is 5.8kgs not doubled her birth weight. Is this normal. How to increase her weight? She is too skinny and I'm breastfeeding and giving formula milk both. Please advice.

Hi Siri according to the birth weight of the child or child should be somewhere around 7 KG plus by completing the age of six months that is how the demarcation is and if that is not there then yes it would be little underweight that’s fine if your child is healthy and active otherwise you can start as well with formula feeding as
