if it pops out ,it indicates that your child is having umbical herinia.
and if there is swelling ,pus or discharge , redness , bleeding etc than it indicates infection.
please visit your pediatrician.
don't try any homemade remedies.
just keep this part clean.
but don't push ,pinch or rub this.
