Shilpa SalwanMom of 2 children4 years agoA. if possible try to clean the tongue with the clean handkerchief apart from this was just you not to worry as it is normal happen with my little one as well just few days back my pediatrician advised it is OK however try to make it a point that cream is not approachable for her again
