My baby always refused to eat dal nd daliaa he always like to Eat fruits even today he doesnt eat properly evn fruits . Unable to sleep properly at night and even he has tiny tiny red dot pimple on cheeks

A proper physical examination is necessary as to know the more about the red spots it could be an allergy also or chicken pox .. accurately can be said only on examination so kindly consult a doctor
