my baby 8m old, her both hands n legs got some rashes... what I do?

Apply coconut oil and your breastmilk and check 1-2 days then if it doesn't go then only apply Clocip powder as it is anti fungal and bacterial in nature.
Maintain proper hygiene. Don't use any soap till it heals. Give Home made nutritious food and balanced diet including carbohydrates proteins mineral calcium vitamin etc
