my baby 8 month old suddenly she got vomiting motion and fever also

Uma RamMom of 2 children2 weeks agoA. Hello good evening !! Motions ,vomiting both at a time ,might cause dehydration . Check the baby temperature and consult Doctor for medication. Do sponging to control the temperature and give ORS/coconut water/barley for hydration.
