if a child weighs Around 4.6 to 6 kg , looks happy and active ,no need to worry about anything.
keep adding variation in your child diet
give porrdige , makhana porridge,ragi porridge , suji kheer, dal rice, mix veg khichdi , mashed or pureed fruits or boiled veggies etc to your child.
