my baby 7 month old. The red spot like acne found in chest , back , underarms. The medicine eumosone m cream apply but there is no change. can I apply diaper rash cream+ eumosone m both same quantity . or any other option. plz help me.

hello dear 
same thing happened with my daughter , there were tiny red acne like things on her back neck and arms all i did was wipe with RO water taking frsh and soft towel. dont apply diaper rash cream apply baby cream /lotion
expose her to sunlight for atleast half and hour even in winters (MUST)
they usually disappear as the child grows ..
