You are still breastfeeding the child so I would not advised to use any medicine without consulting the doctor because a lot of medicines can have there certain side-effects so check with your doctor if they advise you can go for it and also you can get a thyroid test done for yourself because if your weight is increasing at a rapid space when it’s better to go for a thyroid test as well
