Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 9 m old girl3 years agoA. yes can be taken. Breast milk is very necessary for the growing baby specially for the first 6 month of life and should be exclusively. If due to any reason not possible then only top milk should be given to the baby .

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and as per my opinion yes you can take it on daily basis as per doctor prescription and also have shatavari powder with cow milk twice a day to produce more milk.
