NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. hello f the baby is gaining a minimum of 600 grams to 800 grams per month then ot is a good weight gain and absolutely nothing to worry and breastfeed bay well and you shuld have a healthy and nutritious food in your diet so that baby gets required nutrition and also after baby compltes 6 months you can give homemade cerelac and also fruits and vegetables puree
