my baby 5 months old .. his motion green colour and he wents 10 times daily what I do

Say sometimes Green lose motion can be due to 2 reasons maybe your child is either having its teeth which is why I lose motions are there in the same colour and otherwise it could be due to a stomach infection so you need to figure out the reason and if needed please check with your doctor
