ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. dear parent, how much is your baby's weight? if your baby is active, alert, passing urine more than 7 times in 24 hours, achieving all growth milestones, gaining adequate weight at least 500 grams per month then it indicates good health. it is better to avoid using feeders. you should exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete. at one episode of breast feeding, feed from only one breast so that baby receives fat rich hindmilk which will help in weight gain.
