yes sir, I consulted a nearby pediatrician on Thursday night. He was prescribed  calpol-250 5ml, DORFIX 7.5ml 2times per day (if fever continus after 1hr of calpol 250 he  given ibugesic 7.5ml).. i am giving it for yesterday and today..but still fever comes and go... fever particularlu coming at afternoon and evg time...at the time of temperature reach 100.7 my baby feel too hot so that time I am giving IBGESIC 7.5ml... afternoon and nit time... Is I am giving medicines in proper manner???.. plz tell me.. still my son saying head is paining.

the first medicine will always be paracetamol and it is given according to weight and power of paracetamol medicine you are having.
give liquids and easily digestible food and paracetamol should be given only after food.
keep the child in cool environment and avoid using woolen clothes when the child is having fever
armpit temperature of hundred or more is considered as fever
to body sponge to decrease the surface temperature and should dbe carried out for at least 20 minutes with normal temperature water.
higher medicines whether required or not will be told by the doctor.
