Q.

my baby 2 month and half old. it see like a small red blood tag on the top of the hand.what is that? does it have surgery to go?

A. hemangioma. see when there are skin lesions you cant comment online. best approach will be to show to to a near by doctor who can give opinion n treat. see with babies not all will be as per text. each baby has her own pace of learning n milestone s ok. so don't stress unnecessary.
