my baby 2.5 month her eye ball size is different of both eye one small that eye pupil and lris size is also small could please help what should I do is it normal is it birth defect or any other eye problem or is it normal please help

Without proper physical examination is not possible to understand the situation you mentioned. Get your baby personally check by the paediatrician and seek further advice in this regard. Clarify your concerns and follow your doctors advice.
