din main do baar chawal k daane jitne toothpaste jaise colgate kids ya cheerio se brush karvayen.

U Should get a chat with a paediatric dentist once the dentist would be able to give me a better Clarity on the situation since they will be able to see why this is happening what’s the issue so it’s better to consult an expert in this area and go for a personal assessment for that
