Q.
My babies skin very dark. It seems like a rash in his leg, shoulder,neck.Is there any solutions?

Use NMFE vitamin E cream on to the skin of the child because you’re saying it is a dry skin the rational also be taken care of with the cream and when there is too much of dry skin issues the skin starts looking dark automatically so the screen is going to maintain hydration in the skin and after that you will see the colour will also look much better than usual
