my babies iron drop is Orange colour. does poop colour change.. today i saw a reddish spot in poop, after having this. and have littlebit loose motion

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 weeks agoA. its. difficult to guess this without examination. if your baby is active n taking feeds well then it is ok. or in case of watery loose motions with blood or mucus in it then consult your doctor
