my babies are 45 days old and they are not latching for breast feeding. so i always feed them by expressing mother's milk. i express five to six times a day for 1hour every time, does this affect my breast tissues. i have sufficient breast milk but they are not getting fed directly.

A. Hi, Definitely it wouldn't affect your breast tissue but your milk supply dear. For continuous flow, direct latching is important. Try using some different latching techniques. Watch some latching videos on YouTube for help.
