Q.

my 9mnth old daughter had high fever so she had convulsion so she admitted in hospital for 5days and taked treatment...after that she is too tired not active iam feeling sad is it normal...

A. this condition is also known as febrile seizures(fits/convulsions) many times prophylaxis medicines to decrease the chances of seizures is given by the doctor which may contain anti seizures medicine as well as anti seizures nasal spray. meet your doctor who will tell you how to use this medicines in an emergency. at the same time it is important to get the child vaccinated for all important infectious disease as well as flu vaccine which will decrease the dchances of fever in your child this disease does not usually occur after completion of 5 years of age at the time of initiationd of fever it is important to give fever medicines immediately as well as give sponge bath to decrease the chances of seizures.

A. too tired keep baby well hydrated increase the water intake you can give oral rehydration solution ORS to baby.. coconut water butter milk.. start with vitamin supplements as Zincovit or syrup A to Z consulting your pediatric
