#AskTheExpert Good morning sir , my daughter is suffering with high fever and cold 25days back we was admitted in hospital for typhoid treatment just before 10 a2 back we stop antibiotics. Why fever is back?? Is it typhoid??

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment also this dose can be again repeated after euggvery 5 to 6 hours if again required
and you can also do cold sponging of the body to reduce fever
