my 9 months old son had loose motion last week and post medication he is well now. earlier he used to poop once in a day and now it happens 3-4 times. is it normal? what should I do?

some babies will pass motion after every meal or feed
this is common
keep baby well hydrated
if stool consistency is fine nothing to be worried
