my 8months old baby girl is having red rashes all over her face. it starts with a small red spot near the month and it started spreading all over the face. I have stop bathing her for today.

If it is spreading then it is not a normal rash it could be allergy or some other issue and you haven’t even posted a picture for better understanding so better to consult your Pead in person and get the treatment started as per the issue that is there
