My 8 month old baby has dry and red bumps under both eyes and cheek what is the cause

A. Could be some allergy or infection currently you can just apply a drop of calamine lotion and massage and that it said do it 5 to 6 times in the day and also consult your doctor ones maybe another issue they can assist you on that
