Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. there are multiple causes of abdominal pain but the most common cause would be constipation cash problem and worms problem so you will have to rule out this problem and then you have to think about infections so visit your doctor to differentiate

Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc
