My 7 year old daughter is having dry coughing from last 10 days… when it starts it last for continuous 30 mins atleast… what to do please suggest

A. Brozeet for dry cough you can give to the child you can give it twice or thrice in a day depending upon the situation and please get examined with your doctor also if they can help you with any other medication or precautions to be taken
