Q.

my 7+ months baby has not started to sit on her own till nw ...... is it ok nd what all things should I do to help her learn sitting without support ? what all foods can my baby have now ?

A. most baby learn to sit independently between the ages of 5 to 7 months... By the time he's 8 months old, he'll likely be sitting well without support. If unable to sit unsupported by 9 months, consult with paedriatician, do daily massage. You can give Daal Khichdi with adding variety of veggies like Spinach, potatoes, beans, carrot, pumpkin, broccoli... Give Ragi , makkhana, rice, porridge, fruit puree

U How to make your child sit with support only as of now by completing the age of eight months only a child is going to sit independently so have patience your child is going to reach the milestone try to give more of a vegetable purée fruits soups and a sooji items dairy products like Paneer cheese curd coconut water buttermilk water can be given quinoa oats ragi can also be introduced
