Q.
My 7 month old is very constipated from 4 days. This happened after I started giving boiled fruits and vegetables in the baby diet Please suggest solution Thanks

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist2 years agoA. dear mum, you should Breastfeed your baby frequently. this will help in relieving constipation.. also give few sips of water in between and after meals. since your baby has been introduced to top food recently, it will take some time to get used to it.

AbhayaMom of a 16 yr 2 m old boy2 years agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. Please give baby fiber rich food and increase water intake. Also give saunf water to the baby. You can massage baby stomach gently with coconut oil. Thanks and take care
