Q.
My 7 month old baby is having small white pimples on his buttocks. Is this diaper rash? I use cloth diaper for him.

Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 3 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent, those white little pimples on babies butts are normal. You can apply mustard oil or Babyhug rash cream it will be better I few hours.
Or you should also give supplements like iron calcium and vitamin etc but with the doctors permission only.
