my 7 month old baby boy has anemia ......suggest what i do

Shruti SuranaMom of a 12 yr 1 m old boy4 years agoA. hi dear mom..it's common among babies.. as baby are exclusively on breast milk till six months..and breast milk lacks iron....so iron deficiency is common..as baby will take solids....the hb level too will be normal
