Shaista TarannumMom of a 16 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. you can try applying coconut oil or baby cetaphil lotion. rhe rashes should reduce. depends on what suits your baby's skin type. apply in a small area and check first and then apply all over. also determine the cause for the rashes. take care in future.
