#asktheexperts Hi doc small pimples like rashes appears on my 11th month child face. Tell me the causes and remedies to get rid off them

First of all stop.any ki g of lotion or cream.wgich you apply to.your child. apply only coconut oil . take one fresh aloevera leaves keep it in fridge 10 to 15min then apply in pimple area gradulally pimple diappear.keep giving healthy diet and difftent fruits puree.
