Q.

My 7.5 month old baby girl is having fever cough and cold since last 4 days. we have been giving Paracetamol for fever. Antacid, T minic , steam but there is no improvement and her chest pains when she coughs. Please advise

A. .Running nose and cold mostly is due to only seasonal variation . Steam can be given for this at home and if it is trouble some then montair LC can be given 2 times in a day .
