my 6th months old son head part is getting very sweat what should I do

Hello maam You don’t need to do anything because of a body temperature of a child’s is really hot as compare to adults so there’s nothing to be worried about for the same also would like to tell you your child must be sweating because your child must be feeling heat so you can put on the fan for a while so that this sweat settles on its own
