Q.

My 6 year old is having problems with tooth grinding and it is so intense that I have to disturb his nap in between. #AskTheExpert.

A. teething and stress are the two main reasons for grinding of teeth. spend maximum time with your child during the day and make sure he is happy. let the bed time be smoothe and gadget free
