My 6 year old daughter's baby teeth aren't falling out, but new teeth are coming in. Is this typical, or should I be worried about her dental development?"

It’s okay these things can happen sometimes best to consult your dentist and get the milk tooth extracted as that is how the permanent teeth are going to get their proper place if you do not get them extracted then they’re going to overlap which is going to be a problem in future
