the child is having umbilical hernia which is very common in children and goes away by maximum 2 years of age.i
with growing age it regresses and goes inside

it does not require any intervention or treatment before 2 years if it is non complicated. 
meet your doctor once who will tell you whether any intervention or wait and watch policy is required.

I also experienced this for my baby.. don't do anything it will be fixed on their own but it will take time. I experienced in the  2nd month of my baby and It was fixed when my baby was 4 ½ months old

hello it looks like umbilical hernia so it is better to check with your doctor and she will be able to guide you with a proper examination and advise you accordingly which should be better abd also safe too and absolutely nothing to worry about and not a problem
