Green coloured Motions are normally seen in babies and commonly it may be due to less feed intake , or formula milk feeding.
if the baby is passing motion frequently in a day and the colour of the motion is ranging from light yellow to dark green or brown it may be considered as normal in such a case only frequent feeding and exclusive breastfeeding is suggested.
If it is associated with mucous, are watery and have bad smell then there could be some infection, also so if there are any otherbjr associated problem like fever ,vomiting then you should consult your doctor .

U Please consult your doctor for this I think your child may be having its teeth or maybe it is just a Mac infection or something which is why this is happening also the green colour can be due to formula feeding as well but since it is a loose motion it’s advisable to consult your paediatri
