My 5year kid has got this since today morning, what needs to be done ?? Please suggest He has slight pain in it I made him gargle with salt water and it urned out red it was yellowish white morning

It’s very important that you consult a dentist in person take your job your dentist as soon as you can the teeth are also so improper and all are looking very much decade you really need to have a proper checkup with the dentist they only can tell you was needed to be done
