Q.

My 5year and 1 month boy child’s weight is 22 and height is 103.He look short and chubby what are the strategies to gain height

A. as to have height gain involve the baby in stretching exercise.. as touching the toes with hands in the standing position or in sitting position.. keeping the legs spreading out.. some hanging exercise.. add proteins, cereals, whole grains, calcium intake..
