My 5y 7m old daughter's armpit smells very bad when she sweats. Is it normal ? What to do?

Developing bacteria into the underarm area of your child so keep it clean and if you want you can also rub phitkari into the area you can understand how do you need to use it actually helps reducing the smell in the under arm also would recommend you to consult a skin specialist once
