my 5 yr old daughter had dry fever on Sunday ,gave fepanil twice and Monday fever was down again from Wednesday she was playful n suddenly in 5 mins her body is burning n she got fever ,is this normal?she s playful n next 5 mins she gets fever I'm worried n it's with no cold or symptoms..

A. Might be viral which usually takes three to five days to cure and repeat the dose of medicine after every five to six hours interval abd give more liquids to the baby
