my 5 months old baby has some sort of rashes around lips and chin area. what does the rashes means and how to cure that rashes during winters

Keep cleaning your baby’s mouth and hands frequently after every feed with a soft cotton cloth dipped in warm water. Try applying pure coconut oil on the affected area to reduce the discomfort. Speak to your doctor for further advice.
